Hello,
I can no longer send or receive text messages from my phone or buy packs.
My last 30day pack purchase was on 12/07/2020
I'm worried my number has been lost, however I have not received any messages from EE that they will remove my number.
Any help will be very much appreciated thankyou.

@CW-91 : After 6 months of no further chargeable actions it would have gone into hibernation early Jan. You now have about to beginning of April to call CS to reactive it.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone
ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

Thankyou for the reply that does sound like the case
I'm a bit unsure of who to contact as i'm unable to talk over a phone at the moment. Is there a webchat or email I can use in order to reactivate my number?
