Can't pay with all my bank cards

Hello, i'm staying in the UK for 3month, and would like to have a EE sims for the time i'm here, i bought EE sim in a store, and i try to use my card but i always get failed payement
Revolut, N26, HSBC... i always receive :

 

"Your payment for the £10 Pack from the MasterCard ending XXXX wasn't successful. Please call 08081686076 for more information"

What i'm doing wrong ?

Also, note that i have the -10£ showing on my account each time...
