Hi I’ve tried 4 times to reach customer services the last 3 days to report my mobile being broken and in need of repair via the insurance I hold. I’ve been on hold for 30 mins each time and despite learning the lyrics to the repeat music, have not been able to get an answer.
are there any other ways I can email or get through as this is incredibly frustrating

@Steal You have to call and select the correct option to make an insurance claim. Customers services are taking lots of calls because of the iPhone 13 launch so you need to be patient when calling,
