I can't call out or receive calls from my Android phone

@Foluke1  Are you on contract or PAYG ?  Are you in the UK ?

 

   Android is a operating system not a phone.   How long have you had these device?  Where did you get it from ? 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
