Been using the £10 a month pack on my phone and it's been really useful, so I tried getting my dad the same thing on his number (which is also on my account) but it won't let me.
It says it needs there to be £10 in credit so it can buy the pack with that, and there is £11 there. It still says there's not enough credit to buy the pack.
Anyone had this issue or know a way to fix it? Thankyou!
