Can't add to plan anymore

Hello,

I received a text saying my add to plan item is paid up so I tried to add another item but I'm unable to.

When I choose the item and click the buy now pay later button it just takes me back to my account.

I have had several items in the past and had no issues but now I've repaid them I can't seem to add any more.

I'm a few months into an upgrade and I'm up to date with my bill.

I hope you're well and having a nice day, other than this issue of course. 

 

The best thing to do is have a chat with our customer care team, they'll be able to take a look at your account to check why this isn't working for you.
