Can't activate my New Sim

  1. Tried to activate my sim in my upgraded phone and it keeps saying there's a problem 
  2. Tried to call 150 but been on the phone for hours can someone else help

@Jotwin72   Does your old sim fit in your new device ?  If it does just use that 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
But it's an upgrade

If the old SIM card fits you can use this with your new phone 🙂

 

Have you tried registering the SIM card at myaccount.ee.co.uk/app/activate-sim

If your existing SIM fits in your new phone, and it works, then.... if it ain't broke, don't fix it 😉
