Can't activate my New Sim

- Tried to activate my sim in my upgraded phone and it keeps saying there's a problem
- Tried to call 150 but been on the phone for hours can someone else help

@Jotwin72 Does your old sim fit in your new device ? If it does just use that

Have you tried registering the SIM card at myaccount.ee.co.uk/app/activate-sim?
