Can I switch from pay as you go to broadband via my 4G dongle?

I am using a 4G dongle on my laptop so I can work from home. I am topping up on a pay as you go basis but feel, if possible, it might be better to switch to a monthly contract/broadband. Is this possible via my dongle?

@AHubball   Just get a sim only contract and stick it the dongle. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
