Hi, my camera does not reverse when I face time, so whoever can't see me just what ever my phone is facing, and the picture is now side ways, it also switches off when I want to take selfies I can still take photos and videos I've factory reset it and everything else
I'd recommend speaking to our Tech Gurus. They'll be able to run through some troubleshooting with you and give you some advice on what options you have if it's diagnosed as faulty.
