Hi, my camera does not reverse when I face time, so whoever can't see me just what ever my phone is facing, and the picture is now side ways, it also switches off when I want to take selfies I can still take photos and videos I've factory reset it and everything else

@Tonyredpath When you turn the camera on, there should be an icon of a camera with two arrows in a circle. Touch the icon and it will switch cameras. Always assuming, of course, that your phone has both forward and rearward facing cameras.

Yes, that's what doesn't work, it does not reverse for facetime and it switches camera off if I want to do a selfie

What phone are you using?
Is the reverse camera symbol there, or is it not appearing at all?

Hi I'm using a huawei p30 lite and yes there's a reverse symbol on but just switches off when I want to take selfies and doesn't reverse when I face time

Is it definitely Facetime that you're using, @Tonyredpath? That's an Apple service.
Since you're having this problem with multiple apps, I'd recommend backing up all of your information and restoring the phone to factory settings.

Did you get the phone from EE? Is it on contract or pay as you go?
