Call forwarding

Trying to turn on call forwarding iPhones but it keeps turning off straightaway, I know how it should work as I do so with iPhone 8 with o2

any ideas?

@Billyy   Is this a contract or PAYG device?  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Have you spoken to our technical support team?

 

They will be able to access your account and ensure everything is set up correctly to enable the call divert.
