CANCEL MY RECENT IPHONE 11 PRO MAX UPGRADE ORDER

Hi, I would like to cancel my recent (27/09/2019) upgrade order for the iPhone11 Pro Max. I havn't received it yet, but don't want to go ahead with the upgrade order anymore.

If you ordered by phone or online you always have a statutory cooling-off period up to 14 days after delivery to cancel your order FoC. If you ordered in-store you have no such "change-of-mind" right of return.
