Buying phone cases online - then finding out that you've ordered incorrectly

Hi Everyone,

So I have ordered the new Galaxy Ultra (Lucky Me!) and I thought I would be proactive and buy a case, however I have now discovered that I've order the S20 Case not the Ultra case, I've opened the case packaging (left intact) but the case hasn't been removed.  How do I go about swapping it for the Ultra one, the case is the same price online as the S20.

Thanks guys,

If you ordered by phone or online you always have a statutory cooling-off period up to 14 days after delivery to cancel your order FoC. If you ordered in-store you have no such "change-of-mind" right of return.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.
