Started my broadband on the 24th May, paid £31. Why am I being billed £31 again on the 7th June?

When is your billing date (not your payment date) when your bill is posted online? When did your BB go live?

Hi @Dom124

Thanks for coming to the community.

You’ll get your first bill within four days of your broadband going live and any future bills will be available on the same day each month in your My EE account.

Does the bill show the payment you made on the 24th?

Thanks 🙂

Leanne.
