Bringing an old unlocked device back to life?

I have bought a new S10 device, unlocked. My old device is a S7 Edge.

Ok put the micro SIM from S7 into S10 so the number came over as well. How can I bring my S7 back to life as a personal device as opposed to my business device S10

I only bought a giffgaff £10 sim no contract or monthly payment.

If a GG PAYG SIM is not working you consult GG. It's nowt to do with EE.
