Hello, I pre-ordered the Google Pixel 5 and we are meant to receive Bose Headphones, but I not heard anything from EE. I have had the phone for a few days now, so when do we receive a notice about headphones?
If EE should have contacted us already, who do I speak to about this issue.

yeah I just check and low and behold weak in my area. Greater Manchester not a rural village in the Cotswalds

It is really important to let customers know that the only way to get google to start the process of sending out the headphones is to request a proof of purchase pdf do not use the delivery note they will reject it but not explain why. I'm furious that the proof of purchase needs to be requested this is involves calling an oversubscribed call centre and being put on hold for min 30 mins this is after you try to figure out which of the options to select non of which apply to why you are calling. NOT GOOD ENOUGH EE bad service that was completely preventable.

Here is an update Google are still stalling even when proof of purchase has bee uploaded provided by EE as pdf. I have reached my limit. Im reporting this now to trading standards
