My ee has taken me in to overdraft can anyone help me to get it sorted

A quick mention that if the Direct Debit was correctly authorized for an amount that was contracted to be paid, taken at the correct time, and of the correct amount, there would be no basis to request a refund.
If the amount was unauthorized, then yes, a refund can be requested and also reimbursement of all charges related to being overdrawn on account of an unauthorized payment contrary to the Direct Debit Guarantee.

Have you spoken to your bank, @Will_420s?
We're unable to refund it, but they may have a way of claiming the money back into your account for now.
