Bill increase

Around two months ago I planned to leave EE.

 

However the conversation with a representative guaranteed me a cheaper contract that was more suitable for my use. I am Sim only.

 

Now I am being told it is going to be increased by about 40%.

 

Is this how you retain customers?

Now I will leave if this is the case.

I have been on holiday and only read the letters on my return,

I'd recommend giving our Customer Care team a call so they can check your account and see details of your plan. They will be able to give you more information on this.
