I did an upgrade online of my contract on the 29th August, upgrading to the Z fold 3 512gb silver, and was told as its a backorder and was out of stock at the time it would be delivered within a week, all I've received now is the tracking number which doesn't even work. When I try track the order and just says 'Sorry, we can't show your order details right now.' Anyone in a similar situation or know how long it takes for them to get stock from their supplier? Or any rough timescales would be appreciated

28th Aug I ordered mine. 256gb silver. Still nothing, tracking doesn't even give an estimated date today, yesterday was between today and 11th

I guess we'll have to wait then. I heard even people who pre-ordered haven't received anything

Same here, I ordered mine on the 30th, I even paid £70 towards the cost of the phone. Really shouldn’t take peoples money until the phone is actually in stock.

Let me know if you have any updates. I've been constantly contacting EE but they're all giving me different replies. Some say 7 days, some 14, some have no idea. This is really poor management from them as you'd think they would be more clear with delivery dates. Tracking still shows nothing...

Mine was meant to be delivered today. 20 mins before my time slot had a text saying thanks for your request to change delivery for tomorrow. Obviously I did not make that request and dpd couldn't explain either.
