I'm struggling to get my BT activated, I have BT Sport included with my tablet plan - I have received the PIN code, setup my account and received the activation email for my BT ID but when I go in it says that the account cannot be activated due to an error and to try again.
I first tried this months ago and gave up and the issue is still not resolved. All I want to do is activate the account.

I haven’t had a BT SPORT account before because it has always come up with this error message.

Doesn’t seem to be showing the screen shot but the error is:
”Sorry we weren't able to activate your My BT account due to a technical problem. Please try again.”
this is after me following the activation link in the email, completing the form and hitting submit

I'd recommend getting in touch with our Tech Care team about this.
It sounds like your account hasn't been set up correctly, so they will need to access your account and take a look.
