Awaiting confirmation

Hi guys, I just order a s20 ultra on the 9th of March and doesn't show me any delivery date just awaiting for confirmation, I call EE and tbh the don't tell me anything about it, if some one can help me I will appreciate thx

There is no account access on these forums. If you have checked your spam/junk folders then only EE CS on 150 can help.

 

Ordering such a popular device this late, you may find that it's the end of the month before it's delivered.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
