Hi, my upgrade is still showing awaiting confirmation. Is this normal? On the website my chosen phone is stating 1 day dispatch.

@Joeyjo97   You need to call customer services about the waiting confirmation as this usually means they want to speak with you before the device is dispatched. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
