Hi has anyone managed to claim there daily compensation of £5.04 for delayed connection, I've had the £25 for not being able to connect.

There's no need to claim, it is automatic. It will be added as a credit to your account within 30 days.

We'll add it as a credit to your account within 30 days of missed appointment, activation of service, or fixing of the total loss of service fault.

Hi connection dat was 10th August but there was a problem with pipe broken under ground, second connection date was then 13 September 35 day's later, so if I'm reading it right I'm getting £5.04 for 34 day's.
