As good as phone not arrived

Ordered as good as g9 on 23Nov sent 25th out on delivery to the store in town. No more information.. I have been billed for it. Can't get to a human on 150. No one can help with deliver info?

Thinking of leaving EE for poor customer service.. any help would be good

@Leanne_TI was told by the salesman (and the PAC lady when I tried to cancel EE contract.) I do not need a photo ID for home delivery then I ordered a S8 Phone and in the email sent I now need a Photo ID - so will the be another phone taken back becase I don't have any photo ID in date? EE sad sad.
