Apply Voucher Discount Code - Not working!

Hi, 

 

Myself and my partner are on a shared plan and looking to upgrade to an Iphone 13 Pro Max. 

He managed to use his student beans voucher and was able to get 20% off. 

I then went to use my own voucher from my own student beans account and the "Apply Voucher" box isnt even letting me select it to copy and paste my code in. 

 

Does anyone have any ideas please? 

 Is the apply voucher box not letting me select it for my upgrade because he has already used a code and we have a shared account?  Or is this an issue with EE?

Do you already have any kind of discount on your line?

 

You can have one form of discount per phone line.
