Apple Watch upgrade

With the new Apple Watch series 7 set to come out anytime soon (hopefully) but 

Because of the production delays im wondering if I was to take an Apple Watch series 6 plan with EE 

If when the s7 came out would i be able to upgrade to that watch even if im still in contract with the s6?
& If I can Would there be an early upgrade fee ?

@Jordandennis   Yes there would be a fee like paying off the remaining term of the contract for the series 6.
