I am trading my Apple Watch series 4 in for the new series 6.
will I need to send in the used strap and the charger + cable?
As the new watch doesn’t come with a charger I will need this one.
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

Welcome to the community. 🙂
You don't have to return the charger or straps, just the device itself.

.Hello @Balddevil100 ,
Welcome to the community,
I received the new Apple Watch 6, and it came with the charger, not sure what you need to send back with your Apple Watch 4 though, as I did not do a trade in, hopefully someone else can give you that answer.

@Balddevil100 The watch’s come with a charger they don’t come with a plug to put the charger in to.

I was told I had to return the straps as well by the upgrade team today, can’t see anywhere in terms and conditions where it says what needs to be sent

Hi @Will109
Have you received your returns package from Brightstar? It should explain exactly what they're expecting back.

I returned the watch itself, not the charger and cable or strap. I’m sure it tells you that in the documentation with the return pack.

Thank you. I’ll check what the bag says when it arrives tomorrow.
