Apple Watch series 6 order

I’ve placed an add on for the Apple Watch series 6 to my monthly plan on Tuesday 23rd of February. I’ve received no further information or updates regarding my order and if it’s even been acknowledged. Any help would be appreciated. Tried to contact through calling 150 but you end up going round in circles trying to get through

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

It was the 40mm space grey one I placed an order for. Received a confirmation email on Tuesday of that order but nothing since then
