Hi,
I have just received my Apple Watch and when I try to set up mobile data it tells me it cannot do it as I need a pay monthly plan.
I am on a pay monthly plan and it gives me no option to add or choose anything?
Any help appreciated,

Same problem here, am on Pay Monthly and I'm definitely allowed add-lines.

Hi
I have the Apple series 5, yesterday my screen went extra large and I couldn't get it back to normal so I have reset it.
However, I now can't add data to the watch although I am on a pay monthly tariff, it is asking me to call 150 and quote code 019.
Any ideas please
