Apple Watch isn’t tracking exercise correctly

Helen_a

I have an Apple Watch latest edition and recently its stopped correctly logging my exercise. I use the workout app. I’ve been walking for like two hours constant and it’s only registering around 20 minutes on my watch. I turn on ‘outdoor walk’ and it will say I’ve walked 2 hours but only logs a bit of it on my green exercise ring. Anyone know how to adjust it at all? Thanks xx

@Helen_a   You can not adjust it yourself and the watch uses GPS to track your location.  You’ll be best of booking an Apple appointment so the watch can be look at to make sure it’s not faulty in anyway.   You can use THIS to make an appointment or to send the watch off via post.
