Apple Watch Series 7 delivery

Hi, 

 

I pre-ordered my Apple watch on 9th October and it was confirmed with the pre order, I haven't received it still. I had an email on Friday that it would be delivered today by DPD. 

 

DPD have still not had the parcel sent to them, has anyone else had any issues with receiving their watch?

Have exactly the same issue as you!

 

Got my tracking through from DPD, even paid for an upgraded slot for this morning, just for nothing to appear. 

 

DPD are convinced that it’s an issue on EE’s end, EE are convinced it’s a DPD issue. 

 

Struggling to get any sort of information at the moment, back on hold to EE customer service 🤷🏼

Just got off the phone to customer services and they said they can’t give any updates as they also don’t know where it is whether it’s on its way (unlikely since friday) or not been checked in at DPD yet.

 

He said he would call me back tomorrow if there’s been no updates to sort it out. Hopefully it won’t mean reordering as the wait time is way too long at the moment 😅

I have a DPD tracking number and have done since Friday but they seem to be waiting for the parcel still...

 

I had the exact same thing happen! It has now been declared as lost in transit and I am waiting for someone to come back to me from EE now. 

 

Kinda frustrating as it seems pointless pre-ordering when this happens! Hope we can get some more information tomorrow!

 

It was also really difficult to actually try and get in touch with someone to find out what was going on.

Yes, I have a DPD Tracking number, but DPD still have not received the parcel from EE.

 

It has now been declared lost in transit.

How frustrating!

 

Hopefully we don’t get bumped to the back of the queue for a replacement!

 

Ill reply with any information that i receive tomorrow

I'm sorry to hear you parcel has been lost by the courier. Our Customer Care Team will be in touch as soon as DPD get back to them.
