Mine did the same thing this evening then literally 5 minutes later was auto-cancelled. EE helpline said it was because the item isn't in stock so the system automatically cancelled it.
Recommend speaking to the helpline to make sure your order is still active.
I was told they were expecting stock next Wednesday but to be honest I've little to no faith in timescales given by the help desks as so many people have been given false timescales in the past just to get them off the line.
The lack of communication really is bizarre and unacceptable.
