I have Recently purchased an Apple Watch and added this to my EE account for £24 a month. On my recent bill I can see I have the watch plan on here. I also see another payment of £12 (see picture below).
I am slightly Confused because I only Purchased the £24 a month plan. So what is the £12 for, anyone know or can assist in where this charge has come from?
Thank you

Hi @amypanayi.
Welcome to the community.
Was this charge on your previous bill too, or just this one?
Our Customer Care team will be able to run through your bill and help you to see what the charge is for.

Just a charge on this bill. But this is a new bill for my watch. I’m just
struggling to see why there is a £12 charge.
Please see attached the picture.
Thanks,
