Apple Pencil 2nd Gen

Good morning,

I've added an Apple Pencil to my plan, it was showing in stock. I had the order confirmed on the 29th of April but then got another email the same day to say EE were out of stock. Since then I've heard nothing. Any idea when I'm likely to receive it please?

I have checked our current stock and this item is showing as available. 

 

When you track your order online using the online order tracker, what is this the status of your order?

It says “Sorry we can’t show your order details right now.’
