Apple Music

I activated my free 6 month trial just a minute ago, went to activate it in the Apple music app, asked me to create an ID which I did. I then got a message saying 'This subscription is already being used with another Apple ID'. Not sure how that's possible when I've only just activated the trial. Any ideas anyone?

im having same probs when i sign in says number not mine account already in use tried contacting them but gottext from apple saying music account has been deleted

Are you trying to add Apple Music as a Smart Benefit?

 

Are you using your Apple ID with more than one phone?

yeah its on my new contract but installed on my old phone,im still using same number but on new phone

Have you contacted Apple Support and asked them to change the Apple ID associated with your Apple Music subscription?

Hey, I have the same issue.

could someone from tech team call me as well. Spoke to both apple and ee customer service and have been told that I should call the opposite party to get it resolved 🥲
