Hi myself and my daughter have Apple Music as a smart benefit on our phones,but we can’t use them at the same time thanks

@Redben  Are you sharing an Apple ID ?  You need your own Apple ID so the offer is applied to your own Apple account. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
No that’s the thing we haven’t not sure why it’s happening

If they're not working at the same time, they may be linked somehow.

 

Are you using the same email address?

 

Do you both have your own Smart Benefit set up?

I think the best thing to do would be to contact our Customer Care team.

 

They will be able to access your account and see what is happening with this.
