@Redben Are you sharing an Apple ID ? You need your own Apple ID so the offer is applied to your own Apple account.

If they're not working at the same time, they may be linked somehow.
Are you using the same email address?
Do you both have your own Smart Benefit set up?

They will be able to access your account and see what is happening with this.
