Apple Music account duplicated so tried to cancelled.

During a recent sales call I was told by an 'EE' operative that I had 2 Apple Music payments on my bill and should send 'STOP MUSIC' to 150. Now I have no accounts whatsoever and therefore lost all my music. How do I get it back?

@Wiganlad9 You’ll now need to re-subscribe to the service. You can do this via EE or via the music app directly with Apple.
