lol You can’t even get a phone contract out yet legally
come back on your 18th
my issue is with a company but you seem to have an issue with me as an individual who was promised a delivery date of the 8th. Maybe when you can take a contract out on your own name you’ll know about being missold but as you can’t legally do that your opinion of null and void

Please tell me HOW you was misold a phone that you intentionally was going to take out anyway? In a few comments before on this thread you said
"
Friday
you'd think that EE would know how to handle pre orders and releases of new phones......."
So you already understand how pre-orders are not guaranteed on said date? I am just confused how you have suddenly jumped to being misold?

Congratulations you have nothing to moan about, so I’m unsure as to why you originally commented on a forum that’s about people who didn’t get their s10’s

Your point doesn’t make sense as i didn’t say about pre orders not being guaranteed
i made a pre order was told the 8th and even when I called and was told it wouldn’t be the 8th the website was still stating that they would be delivering on the 8th. That’s how I and I’m sure many others were missold as a date was stipulated and couldn’t be met
if I was wrong ee wouldn’t give any compensation would they, EE is not in the habit for giving money away for no reason.
But we digress, the point of this thread is to talk about delays to receiving a device not about compensation or money being given back

I received mine pre-opened, more like second hand. first seal broken. there was another seal on top, dusty inside, Plug and the small accessories dint have the white film. Charger and earphones in place but dusty. It is just rediculous.

Sorry that has happened. It is a newly released phone so i don't understand how that has occured but if you call customer services on 150 you could open up a return and return it for another one.

Good luck with returning it - you'll be stuck at the end of the queue still waiting to get your phone.
Ordered on the 2nd, released last weekend and still waiting for my S10+ 256GB Black Ceramic - wouldv'e cancelled it and got the iphone if that wasn't so prohibitively expensive.
Damn, I want my phone!
