I've just got a new phone with a contract but I'd rather use my old phone.
My new phone would be perfect for sporting activities as its smaller and lighter.
Ideally I'd like to clone the sim and have my number for both phones but I'm pretty sure that's illegal.
Is there any way to get an extra number which shares my current plans min, sms and data? As I'll be the only person who uses the phone.
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

Hi @SEAN_HARDING,
Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂
Sorry, it isn't possible to share the same number or plan across two SIM cards.
You can of course switch the SIM between the phones as you please.

As far as data is concerned & only data, by having both under the same MyEE family a/c, not PAYG, you will able to gift data to each other. See Gift Your Data and Set Controls .
