DPD couriers have an incomplete delivery address for my phone upgrade. They sat outside the flat today and sent message to say not in. My daughter went out and spoke to them, I spoke to the driver but he had to take it back to the depot. New delivery slot emailed out and again incomplete address just the road name again. It is correct on my order. After several hours with them they said only EE can change deliver details. It’s past 9 pm so now the phone lines are closed and there is no options to make amendments to orders online.
I think I am getting into a deep mess with trying to get a phone upgrade to my daughter. The account is mine but I need her to have the phone due to mental health issues. The courier needs ID but we have different surnames. There is no ID for me at her address. I am going round in a loop with the courier. How can I get this to her?
