Just followed all steps after coming on here to see how to activate my smart benefit, my smart benefit is amazon prime video, I've just done everything and followed all steps to finally choose something to watch and its now telling me to have a free trial or pay 7.99 a month? How does this work if its my smart benefit.
Thank you

@Shaylp That’s because you haven’t linked your smart benefit with your Amazon account.

Are you sure you’re not trying to watch something from a third party provider (eg Starz, HayU) through Amazon Prime. Those things aren’t free on Amazon Prime but charged separately.
It’s the things marked Free for you that are included

Hi @Shaylp ,
I joined the service provider about two months ago and immediately added the Amazon Prime Video Smart Benefit. I then received the below SMS.
Register now at ee.co.uk/primevideo to start using your Amazon Prime Video Smart Benefit. To manage it go to ee.co.uk/MyEE
One key thing is there is no need to create a new Amazon account. An existing Amazon account can be used to receive the subscription.
Hopefully you added the Smart Benefit before any cut-off which may apply. I've not been advised of any such cut-off and the above is the first I've heard of it.
The first link above still works so there may be hope for people who added the Smart Benefit sufficiently early. Good luck! 🤓

@Shaylp It might of been there but it wasn’t activated so you can not add it now.
