My AirPods have been stolen. I believe I pay for insurance how to go go about getting new ones?

Hi @Blawton ,

You should review your insurance documentation to find out how to make a claim. You may need to request access to such documents if you have since lost them.

It's likely they would need to be reported to the police as stolen so that you have an incident number, or similar, to form part of your insurance claim. Good luck!

Hi @Blawton,

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

Your phone insurance with EE doesn't cover any accessories. Have you insured your AirPods elsewhere?
