Additional line for Sim only contract

Hi I just want to add another sim only plan, but cannot proceed check out due to be requested to sign in the myEE repeatedly.

My current plan is unlimited 5G sim only plan for 24m, just started this month. My intention is to add another line and get 10% discount.

 

Please advice!

Thanks, I have already called then he just said this is not eligible.

But he did not check my contract and just said so when I told him my error message.

 

Is it possible to add another line after contracting another one?? Because I need another number as soon as possible.

@Jun14   Get the first full month out of the way first ie pay your bill for the following month and you might be ok to take out a 2nd line.  I wouldn’t be surprised if you have to go 3 months first though.

Just confirmation, do you mean it is possible to add the second line after 2nd month of contract?
