Additional line for Sim only contract

Hi I just want to add another sim only plan, but cannot proceed check out due to be requested to sign in the myEE repeatedly.

My current plan is unlimited 5G sim only plan for 24m, just started this month. My intention is to add another line and get 10% discount.

 

Please advice!

You need to log into your account to have another account added at the discount.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Have you tried a different browser, or an incognito/InPrivate window? That often solves issues with the EE site.

I will incognito mode later.

 

I called to EE, but I was told sim only plan is not eligible for additional sim or phone. I am not sure though.

If you go to the EE Shop here, along the top of the page you will see an option for existing customer, and you will be asked to log in and shown offers available.

Just so you know, we’re unable to let you upgrade or get another phone yet.

Go to MyEE to retrieve your Upgrade date
