Hi
I added an additional line to my account yesterday and have received a confirmation email of the order.
I paid £50 for the handset and its a monthly contract. No payment pending is showing in my bank account.
I have had two emails to say I have this order still in my basket but when I log into my account, the basket is empty.
I ordered though my EE account and used the 'additional line' link.
As yet I cannot track the order. The tracking page shows that information is not yet available.
Anyone else had this problem but then had the order delivered?
Will phone 150 as a last resort as phone conversations are a bit of a problem for me. Chat function not available.

I'd recommend calling on 150, just to make sure everything is OK with your order.
