Additional Charges

My bill had just been paid and apparently I already have £19.09 additional charges already added to my next bill!  I have no idea what these are and when I click on them to get further information nothing comes up.

Sometimes I get unknown charges in MyEE. If I log out and back in, they go away. Maybe that will work for you too.
