Adding new device

Hi I am new to EE. I just started a contract with EE (16/12/21). As i didnt need a fone so i started a 20 pound plan. Today I just tried to get an apple watch but an error prompted that i am not able to add a new product. When can I get to add a new product? Is it because I am new?
