Hi,
I have received a free apple watch from Viltaty heath which I have tried adding my EE mobile data.
I have gone through all the setting and access codes, except the "EE smartwatch 30d £7" excepted the T&C's and get the following messages
"Oops. it looks like we had trouble getting some information here. We need help you complete the setup, call us on 150 and quote 012"
As I work all week I am only able to contact you on the weekend but your technical support is not open, Could you please help?

@John1975Wood Unfortunately you’ll need to call. And you need to ask for the Apple Watch team.
