Hi

 

i bought an apple MagSafe wallet on add to plan. Online it’s black and it does not offer any other colours or state colours may vary. 
it’s arrived and it’s saddle brown? I have rang to try and exchange it for a black one. I spoke to 2 people and they were unsure, one female said I’d need to return this order and have the £10 refunded and then order it again?! Then i was put through to a male who made enquires and he told me they only do saddle brown!? Then why advertise a black one? 

anyone had this before and is it right they only supply brown?

@Robinsonboy1   It’s advertised as black not brown and it’s not advertised as you’ll get any colour.   You need to call customer services and tell them you don’t want it.   You have 14 day cooling of period to inform EE you don’t want it.     you cannot swap it and you’ll have to be refunded the £10 and you’ll need to order again.
